Lightning Creek

Lightning Creek is located 25 miles east of Sandpoint in Bonner County in the town of Clark Fork. There are a total of 16 units within four 4-plex buildings with each unit being 712 square feet. Eight units have patios enclosed by solariums.

Laundry facilities and storage are available at this property, which is also located next to the senior center.

To be eligible for this complex, the head of household must be at least 62 years of age or disabled, although four units do allow the head of household to be age 55 or older. All units have subsidized rent with a medical expense factor through a HUD Section 8 contract.

The complex was built in 1980 and has been owned and operated by St. Vincent de Paul since 1998.

Leisure Living

Built in 1980, Leisure Living is located 50 miles south of Coeur d’Alene in Benewah County in the town of Tensed. There are a total of eight 1-bedroom units within two 4-plex buildings with each unit being 712 square feet. Laundry facilities and storage are available at this property, which is also located next to the senior center and post office.

The complex is provided under the USDA Rural Development 515. To be eligible for this complex, the head of household must be at least 62 years of age or disabled. All units have subsidized rent with a medical expense factor.

Owned and operated by St. Vincent de Paul since 1996.

Golden Terrace

Golden Terrace is located 35 miles south of Coeur d’Alene in Benewah County in the town of Plummer. There are a total of 12 units: ten 1-bedrooms and two 2-bedrooms. The 1-bedroom units are 612 square feet and the 2-bedroom units are 766 square feet. Laundry facilities and a community room are available at this property.

The complex is provided under the USDA Rural Development 515. To be eligible for this complex, the head of household must be at least 62 years of age or disabled. All units have subsidized rent with a medical expense factor.

The complex has been owned and operated by St. Vincent de Paul since 1994. The two 2-bedroom units and two 1-bedroom units were added in 1999.

Meadowood Glen II

Also centrally located in Post Falls, next to the Meadowood Glen complex, Meadowood Glen II has a total of twenty 1-bedroom units within one building and all units are 530 square feet. There is a conference room/bath/office and 2 laundry rooms available at this facility.

To be eligible for this complex, the head of household must be at least 62 and very low income. All units have subsidized rent with a medical expense factor.

St. Vincent de Paul has been managing Meadowood Glen II since 1996 and is the only apartment complex that SVDP manages but does not own.

Meadowood Glen

Post Falls, ID

Centrally located in Post Falls, Meadowood Glen has a total of twelve 1-bedroom units within three 4-plex buildings. Each unit is 694 square feet. Laundry facilities and storage are available at this property.

This complex is provided under the USDA Rural Development 515 program. To be eligible, the head of household must be at least 62 or disabled. Eight units have subsidized rent with a medical expense factor. Four units are not subsidized and rent is set.
