Located right off of Seltice Way in Post Falls, behind St. Vincent’s Books & More Store, Kamps Apartments has a total of 14 units for lower-income individuals and families. There are six 2-bedroom, seven 1-bedroom, and one studio units. There is a laundry room, community room, and playground at this property. Income limits apply.
 
Another four studio units are used at this facility for transitional housing.

Vali-Vu

Post Falls, ID

Vali-Vu is located in Post Falls and has a total of 8 units within in two 4-plex building for lower-income individuals and families. Each unit is 2 bedrooms with 840 square feet. While there is no laundry or community room, there are 8 carports, one per unit. 
 
Income limits apply. Seven units have subsidized rent with one unit at a fixed rent.

Vali-Vu was built in 1974 and has been owned and operated by St. Vincent de Paul since 2001.

Ross Point (I & II)

 

Located just off of Seltice Way in Post Falls, Ross Point and Ross Point II offer 48 units for lower-income individuals and families. There are a total of twelve 1-bedroom, thirty-two 2-bedroom, and four 3-bedroom units. There are laundry rooms, community rooms, and playgrounds at these properties. 
 
Income limits apply. Forty-four units have subsidized rent with the other four units at a fixed rent.
