Located right off of Seltice Way in Post Falls, behind St. Vincent’s Books & More Store, Kamps Apartments has a total of 14 units for lower-income individuals and families. There are six 2-bedroom, seven 1-bedroom, and one studio units. There is a laundry room, community room, and playground at this property. Income limits apply.

Another four studio units are used at this facility for transitional housing.

Vali-Vu

Vali-Vu is located in Post Falls and has a total of 8 units within in two 4-plex building for lower-income individuals and families. Each unit is 2 bedrooms with 840 square feet. While there is no laundry or community room, there are 8 carports, one per unit.

Income limits apply. Seven units have subsidized rent with one unit at a fixed rent.

Vali-Vu was built in 1974 and has been owned and operated by St. Vincent de Paul since 2001.

Ross Point (I &II & East)

 

Located just off Seltice Way in Post Falls, Ross Point I, Ross Point II, and Ross Point East offer 72 units for lower-income individuals and families. With a total of 20 one-bedroom, 48 two-bedroom, and 4 three-bedroom units, Ross Point I, II, and East also offer accessible units to accommodate wheelchair, mobility, and hearing disabilities.  Management will also consider requests for reasonable accommodations as needed for individuals with disabilities.

Income limits apply.  Sixty-eight units have subsidized rent and four units have a fixed rent.
