Kootenai County will receive $5,082.00. Local agencies chosen to receive funds must be private voluntary non-profits or government units. The agencies must also be eligible to receive federal funds, have an accounting system, practice nondiscrimination, have demonstrated the capacity to deliver food or shelter programs, and if a private voluntary organization, the agency must have a voluntary board of directors. Qualifying agencies are urged to apply by contacting St. Vincent de Paul North Idaho or downloading the application at stvincentdepaulcda.org or www.unitedwayofnorthidaho.org
